The Bahrain family day was held at the City Center Mall on 18th June, 2010 at 7.30 p.m. This highly interactive day included several activities which aimed at raising awareness of Bahraini families, stakeholders and news agencies. During the day, there were several activities as well as distribution of pamphlets, t-shirts and key chains etc…
 
The Bahrain team conducted meetings with several personalities to discuss the latest developments of the GOSI regulations, and continued their networking and community outreach meetings during the months of February. In March, the team had an important meeting with the insurance association which helped in refocusing the advocacy plan. The team has been advised that it was better to lobby for 6% of the GOSI. The advice was taken into consideration by the team.
